The mission of Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital is to be a caring, professional, service oriented practice that provides superior animal health care for our clients' pets.
To that end, our goals are:

- To provide the highest quality health care we can by adhering to the standards set forth by the American Animal Hospital Association. To provide our clients with knowledge that will enable them to take better care of their pets.
- To provide a clean and professional hospital with modern medical equipment and supplies. To provide a first-class boarding facility that strives to keep the animals stimulated, clean and comfortable.
- To have a team oriented staff that supports and helps one another. To strive to improve the quality of our team through friendship, support, guidance and continuing education.

American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) certification helps us to achieve these goals. AAHA standards are recognized around the world as the benchmark for quality dog and cat health care in veterinary medicine.
All AAHA accredited practices voluntarily meet or exceed the association's extensive standards for high quality patient care, record keeping, protocols and equipment.
They are regularly evaluated by AAHA consultants to assure continued compliance. In fact, less than 10% of Minnesota veterinary practices qualify for AAHA accreditation. AAHA hospitals take better care of your best friend.
