James is the Pet Suites Manager (or Kennel Manager) and has been with Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital for almost 10 years. James has two dogs and two cats. You may have met his youngest dog Jezebel, who comes in to play with the puppies in the mornings. In his free time James is active in his church. He leads the Junior and Senior High students, and also hosts a small group at his home. James also enjoys participating in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Amanda has been with Plymouth Heights Pet Suites since 2002. She is married with two children. She also lives with two dogs, Lola the boxer and Emma the shepherd mix, and a cat named Leo. She has a degree in English and art history, but decided she liked caring for animals better than teaching. She is always happy to meet new animals and really enjoys caring for animals that have been frequent visitors.

Pattie is currently going through the Veterinary Technician program at Argosy University. She has two cats named Orpheus and Tabitha, a ferret named Kodo and a snake named Chiyo. She would love to have more but lives in an apartment. Her family has been coming to Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital for years and it has been a rewarding and fantastic experience to work with such caring people.

JD has been working at the kennel for a while now and really enjoys playing with all the fun boarders. He has attended college here in Minnesota and in Nebraska and is working toward his degree in education.

Stephanie has been working for Plymouth Heights for over two years now. She has two dogs of her own and a bird named Butters. Stephanie enjoys all the time she gets to spend with the animals at work. Stephanie is also involved with her church and is interested in missions work.

My name is Gary Maki; I just started at Plymouth Heights at the beginning of 2010. I love animals and am going to school for law enforcement at MCTC downtown. I would like to become a K-9 police officer after I get done with school and training. I also just got married on 4-10-10. I love my job at PHPH and I look forward to each day with the Dogs and Cats that I have the privilege to work and play with every day.

I have worked at PHPH for almost 8 years. I have a 15 year old kitty. I really enjoy work and spending time with both cats and dogs. If I ever had to leave this job, I would probably have to visit occasionally or visit the humane society just to get my "animal fill". :)
