I want to thank all of you at Plymouth Heights Pet Hospital for taking such good care of your patients. I have brought my dog Rocky in on two separate occations for emergency visits. Both times were within an hour of closing, yet all the staff were very welcoming, kind, and empathetic. My dog is my family, and you all treat him as such. We really appreciate all of you!

We wanted to thank you and the team who was with Melody during her dental procedure. We know that the circumstances were very stressful and that everyone had to move quickly, make fast decisions,  all the while monitoring her carefully.
We not only had her back with us that evening, but it was as if she had spent the day with friends – good appetite, same demeanor, no signs of discomfort – She doesn’t know how many people worried and worked in her best interests that day.

Thank you so much for all the caring and concern you showed for Leo and myself right from the first phone call. It only took one phone call for you to make me feel better. You gave me the feeling that there was something I could do before you even saw Leo and I appreciated that you got him in so quickly. You all went out of your way to show how much you care and took the time to make me feel better. I can't thank you enough!

I love PHPH! They do such a great job with my two pug-mixes. And they are the only people I've found that can get my dog to settle down for a nail trim, also. My pups are always exhausted after all the fun play time they get at doggie daycare. I highly recommend them for day/overnight stays!

Dr. Fleming and the Staff have always been so kind to our Dogs. Chico had Surgery a week ago today and has had to have his bandage changed every day. Dr. Fleming has come in 3 times on his day's off to do this for us...I would NEVER go anywhere else! The Staff is the BEST and the Doctors are THE BEST!....Thank you for being so kind caring and compassionate!!

Hunting pheasants in North Dakota in 2008 with 1 friend and 5 acquaintances, one gentleman brought his dog from Colorado who went into seizures after the 2nd night of hunting around 11:30p.m. Everybody scrambled to call their local vet from CO to ND to IA to get help / assistance. NOBODY ANSWERED, except one...Dr. Pierce Fleming was the only vet who answered his phone and helped calm everybody down, turns out Dr. P knew the dog was dehydrated and after giving the dog fluids throughout the night as he directed the dog was running around like a puppy the next morning! Customer Service? This was above and beyond and the epitome of a 1st class organization!
